Golden Bear provides much more than a home inspection. Joe is the lead inspector and owner of Golden Bear Home Inspections LLC. He is a Certified Professional Inspector®, and Licensed Builder with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. It's an honor working for my home-buying clients and helping them make smart decisions. I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world, and we are blessed with five daughters and two grandkids.
Taylor Cosio
Taylor is the Office Assistant. She is a mama to two little girls, Elyanna and Nova. She runs a small crafting business that hosts crafting parties for your networking events, and can often be found either teaching door mat painting classes or crafting up holiday decor. She is currently in college majoring in Psychology in hopes to help our younger generations in understanding the importance in mental health.
