Joe Romain

Joe is the lead inspector and owner of Golden Bear Home Inspections LLC. He is a Certified Master Inspector®, and Licensed Builder with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. It's an honor working for my home-buying clients and helping them make smart decisions. I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world, and we are blessed with five daughters and two grandkids.

Kenz Kaufmann

Kenz is our Office Manager overseeing all things customer service, realtor relations, and scheduling. She is a PROUD boy mom and loves to cook and travel.

Michael Halstead

Michael is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and takes great pride in helping our customers get the house of their dreams. When he isn't working you can find him on the golf course, playing hockey, or trying new restaurants. If he's not there then he is spending time with his family and friends.

Xandria Robinson

Xandria is our Operations Coordinator. She is an outgoing person who loves the beach, reading books and listening to Taylor Swift! When she is not working, she is usually trying out a newly opened coffee shop nearby since she is a huge fan of coffee too!
